cardio headaches

Hi! I don't know why, but whenever I do more than about 25 or 30 minutes of intense cardio, I get a weird headache afterward. I'm not worried that it's a bad sign or anything, but it's just really annoying. I always workout despite it, but it definitely makes me more inclined to strength-training workouts, or yoga, pilates, hiking, etc.
It usually lasts like 10 or 20 minutes, but it has lasted like an almost an hour before, too.
Does this happen to anyone else?

    Are you staying hydrated?

I think so. I usually drink a small glass of water beforehand, and then another 6-8 ounces of water during. Is that enough?

I'll try drinking more water afterward, and see if that makes the headache go away faster. That would definitely make it clear.
  • Drink more and eat more! Sometimes you get headaches and dizziness from not having enough energy, make sure you're eating sufficient amounts of clean carbs and drinking plenty of fresh water,
