Hey guys,
I know this is probably out there somewhere, but I'm at work and don't really have the time to look through all the boards... what is a good percentage for macros?
(5'7", 137lbs trying to get to 130, mostly cardio, some weight training)

  • I think its something like 50/30/20 but I may be wrong. (carbs/protein/fat)
