Exercise and Bloat

Why is it that the more I exercise, the more bloated I feel? Is it just all about the water intake or is there anything else I can do? It seems like if I don't exercise and eat well I feel normal, but when I do exercise and eat well I still get that bloat and its discouraging because it makes me feel like I'm not making any progress from my hard work. Needing advice/motivation.

    Wish I had answers but I also am having this issue. I think it could be from the water but also from the mass amounts of veggies I am now consuming. Its discouraging to say the least!
  • Glad to know I'm not the only one! You would almost think you would feel less bloated because you are sweating all that water out. I guess we'll just have to keep on trucking and it will eventually get better.
