... and feeling as nervous as can be! Any loss would be awesome, but I am hoping for a 2-3 lbs loss to stay on track for winning Biggest Loser.
Anyone else get a bit nervie before they weigh in?

I weigh in quite often (sometimes daily) however, the times I give myself off away from the scale can be nerve wrecking just before I step back on.
Good luck and my guess is you will probably lose 3lbs. It is always the times we think we didn't do well that gives us the best numbers.0 -
I'm terrified every time I get on the scales!! lol
It's scary because, If you've worked hard, you're hoping for big numbers, and If you've slacked a bit, you're still hoping for a loss!
The worst feeling is when you've tried really hard and not got the results you hoped for. That's when you have to be strong and carry on trying. And I usually have to convince myself myself to try harder lol
Good luck, I hope you get what you're hoping for0 -
I weigh in every Thursday morning and I'm nervous every week.0

The night before my weekly weigh-in I never sleep, I toss and turn all night.
Stupid really, because it's not going to make any difference to the result!0 -
i weigh myself every morning and say 'please god dont be up'... lol sometimes he doesnt listen but it sure does keep me on track that day if that is the case...good luck with your weigh in and let us know what happens!0

:frown: .... stayed the same!
Kind of expected it as I felt bloated yesterday and just did not feel right. My eating can't be any better and I'm gyming with a personal trainer. I have lost my 19lbs over 2 months and perhaps this is just one of those weeks. Happy to have lost anything so far.... Will stay strong as I know that in 3 months time with eating well and exercising, there is no way on this planet that I could stay looking the same!
I did measure myself and seems my waist is down by 4cm (2in).... Whoop Whoop
Thanks for all your support!
