Hi ALL,
I am on this site for several weeks but I have not joined the community until today. I am also new to GA having relocated from Long Island NY last April. I am finding actually looking at my calories each day has been a big help. Not that I was eating that healthy but I realized it was the amount I was eating that was the problem. I have lost about 5 lbs and went under that big 200 mark this week. Some of my family is nearby and that is very helpful. I am also going to try and use my hobbies to help stay out of the fridge. I am retired and that makes watching what I eat a full time job. LOL Good luck to all.

    Welcome!

So what are your hobbies that help you stay out of the kitchen? I ride one of my cycles (bi - or Motor) when I can and play my guitar when I can't.
