I do that four to six times a day, it works great!0

I find stopping between eating to be quite effective. It saves me a TON of money to not eat constantly all day long.0

lmao very cute...
but seriously, ESE, LeanGains, and other methods of IF are very effective if done correctly and along with a good lifting program. There is a group for it if you would like to join and read more:

lots of good info there for anyone who really wants to know about IF.0 -
I have been fasting for the last 2 months. It has been awesome! I started this site one month ago. If I go way over my calorie goals one day, I will fast another. Normally though, I fast for 16 hrs and feed the other 8. It is pretty much like skipping breakfast. It allows you to have bigger meals. I dont get headaches or get tired. Even if I fast for a whole 36 hrs. In fact I have more energy during the fast. My friends think Im crazy but Im losing weight and its all fat, I havent lost any muscle as I lift heavy 3 times a week. I believe eat stop eat says to do 1-2 24hr fasts per week. That works too. Just remember to eat all the calories MFP says to eat for the week, including your exercise calories. Good Luck!0

I have used this a lot. I took 9 months off and maintained my weight. I started doing 2 24 hour fasts last week and like clockwork I lost 2pds and didn't change a thing. I like it too for taking a break from food and it let's me eat like I feel normal.0
