Dumbell exercises

Hi, all am trying to form a 'routine' for introducing dumbells. I wondered if you have some top tips on types to do, how many sets and reps etc. Or perhaps good websites to look on?

My right bicep is stronger than my left and they are definately 'there' but my Triceps are weak so I would like to work these too.

The weights are 1, 1.5 and 3kg. I've started low as my DD will be using them too - I'm happy to add a kettlebell later; I've been looking at one around 7kg or there is an adjustable type too.
