New Member in FL - Need restaurant advice!

Hello! I have just joined this site today. I am hoping to make some healthy changes in my life. My hardest part is choosing the right foods when eating outside of my home. I am in Sales and go to many functions and eat at restaurants a lot! Any suggestions are welcome!
