Title= It feels like I ate a lot yesterday but did not even come close to calorie goal.

Check out my open diary if you want. On days that I do not consume alcohol, it's really hard to hit my goal without feeling like I am gorging. I think part of me wants to save the calories for the weekend.

Thoughts? Does anyone else have these feelings?

I know some people go by the weekly calorie goals instead of daily, so you could try that since on weekends you tend to go over. Or you could choose some more calorie dense food - almonds for example for a snack and add a little bit to your lunch - crackers with your soup or fresh fruit?

i agree, nuts are good for helping meet your calories goal and always for the nutritional benefits they have, good fats/protein. but other than that you can try to eat more by adding t what you're already eating. eating one egg? eat two instead, same for the sausage links. drink plenty water, and you're fine.
