Hello everyone,

This forum is for those of us who are shorter in stature. We have found that we have a harder time getting down to goal and living within our lower calorie allowance.

I just noticed the post from MFP about moving support forums to a group. So far, I can say I don't really like the groups, but if that is what we all want to do, I will figure it out and start one.
