Hello everyone. My name is Mark House from Princeton NJ USA. I've been a mission to transform my body, mind and spirit since November 2010 when I hit my all time high of 297lbs. I lost 35 lbs during 2011 through diet and exercise. So far in January 2012 I am down another 8 lbs and hope to lose a total of 72 lbs. So I have 30 more pounds to go. I have a very supportive wife and son that go to the gym with me. Both have no weight to lose, but are going for the pure fitness and fun of it.

It's great to *meet* everyone here. I hope I can not only support others but find support in your stories and expertise. I find information such ashow much carbs to eat / not eat, how much protein to eat / not eat, when to work out, how much to workout, what's better.....the target fat burning zone heart rate or the target aerobic zone heart rate.......all very confusing at times. Although I think I'm starting to understand better with the help of so many.
