Hello all,
I am new here and looking for people to support me and vice versa. Personally, I am trying to lose 2lbs a week for the next two months. At that point, I may bring my caloric intake up a little so I can splurge a little more (I’m not sure yet). I am only on day 3, and so far so good. I have been following mfp suggestion on calories and fat. Carbs have been a challenge for me but for the most part I stay within my parameter. I always eat a lot more protein and fiber than they suggest. I’m also doing 30 day shred. I saw that it got a lot of good press on here and already had the video, but I’m now making the commitment to do the video every day. My challenges with working out are that my legs have been bothering me; however I’m taking meds before working out for now. I also do Zumba 2x a week and love that! I just came off a fast with my church at the beginning of the year, and now see that I have less craving for sugars. I’m trying to keep that craving controlled (staying away from too much artificial sugars), because that tends to be my weakness. I’m looking forward to meeting new people that I can motivate and help motivate me with advice and support!
