Here's to 2012!

I started out 2011 at my heaviest weight ever 238. By July of last year I was down to about 170. I shot back up to 195 by the end of the year after not keeping track of what I was eating and slacking on exercise. I realize I have to maintain my commitment to exercise and eating right or else I'll fall back into old habits.
Goals for this year:
No soda! (I used to drink almost 2 2-liters of Diet Mt. Dew a day)
25 miles a week running / walking
30+ minutes on an indoor bike each day
My original goal was to get to 175 but I think this needs to change to just feel comfortable with the way my body looks.
