What I like most about MFP...

I have to admit what I like best about MFP is that it allows you to be accountable for whatever foods you want to eat, whether you indulge or not, and it is personally teaching me that I can still eat normal foods (not super restricted "diet" foods) and still loose weight. I am learning portion controls and that if I do choose to indulge one day, it's not the end of the world, I just choose to eat extra good the next. I've always struggled with the battle of the food, and MFP has allowed food not to be scary anymore!

    I agree 100%. I love the accountability here on MFP and my friends. They cheer me on when I'm doing well and question me when I'm not. :smile:
