Have you ever tried baked kale chips? There are tons of recipes online but it's pretty simple. Just spritz kale with olive oil and a little salt and pepper and bake. It has a bit of the salty and crunchy that chips have. Also, Trader Joes has multigrain rice crackers that are a good option - they have fiber and good carbs instead of the empty cals in chips.0

My go-to for salty munchies are Honey Wheat pretzel sticks. Enough salt for my cravings and low fat (110 cals, 1.5 fat for 7 sticks).
With water or a diet coke, they puff right up in your stomach and you feel full....which my brain still needs.0
