I made this last night for our burgers as an alternative to ketchup and mustard.
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 TB (roughly) finely chopped parsley
1 TB stone ground mustard (Grey Poupon)
chopped artichoke hearts (finely chopped)
salt and pepper to taste.
Just mix it all together and let it sit while you cook so the flavors blend together. It's a nice light, fresh tasting topping for your sandwiches/ burgers.

Heinz Simply Ketchup has 20 calories for 1 tablespoon and contains sugar instead of high fructose sugar. I really don't like artichokes. I will stay with ketchup and mustard as a mayonnaise replacements.

What's the sodium count on that compared to regular ketchup?
