what are some examples of this? i'd like to get more into lifting and less cardio, but i don't have any equipment at home, which is where i do the majority of my workouts. i'm probably going to invest in some 20 lb dumbbells but that's about it.
i've been doing pushups: the normal kind, pike, chaturanga (well, attempting that one) and reptile and those are pretty painful. and i've been doing single leg squats for lower body (i can only get about halfway down so far). but what else can i do that will really require strength without equipment?

Have you tried any of the P90X workouts? Just need some light weights and a pull up bar. Majority can be done using body weight.0
