Burn more than you eat

I've never had a real weight issue in my life however, I started using this system to see how it works and to be able to refer my clients to it. What it DOES do is make you very aware of what you actually eat in a day.

I did notice that my actual appetite is smaller than what the system said I should be consuming in calories, so the first couple of days I used it I actually gained weight!!!!!

Anyhow, if you're TOTALLY HONEST with the set up of your profile AND the food you eat. This thing can really be a great tool. Remember however, eating enough calories to be at 0 every day will not help you lose weight.
