After loosing over 50 pounds and then putting half of it back on I am now on a mission to get 40lbs off and keep it off. I love this app it helps me plan my meals the day ahead and then I get to also see how much I need to excercise if I want treats.

    You can do it! Stay focused, remember your goals, and tell yourself one day at a time. If you mess up one day, just get back on track and keep going for it!
  • how did you do it? besides eating healthy and exercising, How long did it take you?
  • the first time I did SMALL meals and to be honest I didnt do it the right way. I felt drained and often had a headache.

    This time I am sticking to 1150 cals and working my *kitten* off. Swimming or the gym etc. I will win and it will stay off. I love this place cos it means I can plan my meals the day ahead and know what I need to shop for or pack up for work etc xx
