After loosing over 50 pounds and then putting half of it back on I am now on a mission to get 40lbs off and keep it off. I love this app it helps me plan my meals the day ahead and then I get to also see how much I need to excercise if I want treats.

You can do it! Stay focused, remember your goals, and tell yourself one day at a time. If you mess up one day, just get back on track and keep going for it!0

how did you do it? besides eating healthy and exercising, How long did it take you?0

the first time I did SMALL meals and to be honest I didnt do it the right way. I felt drained and often had a headache.
This time I am sticking to 1150 cals and working my *kitten* off. Swimming or the gym etc. I will win and it will stay off. I love this place cos it means I can plan my meals the day ahead and know what I need to shop for or pack up for work etc xx0
