Egg and Avacado Sandwich
I made this for a late breakfest/lunch today. It was so good. My 2 and a half year old daughter had one as well and she HATES avacados but she loved this sandwich.
I used..
two whole wheat pieces of dempsters bread toasted in the toaster
half a hard boiled egg sliced
half a med. sized avacado sliced
about a handful of the compliments garden salad. You can use regular lettuce if you want, I just like that it has shredded carrots and cabbage.
a tsp. of miracle whip calorie wise
and about 4 cherry tomatos on the side.
Oh yea and I put a large pinch of pepper on everything before I put the top bread on, NO salt lol
When I put this into MFP I got,
Calories 404 Carbs 49 Fat 20 Protein 17

I like avacado with tomatoes mixed with low fat cottage cheese with salt and pepper! Yummie!
