27 male and had a LOT of diets before!

Hey all



I am a male, 27 years old, from Belgium.
I started for a week now and I already lost like 2 kg (4 lbs). This program is amazing and I bet I can make it this way. I have 3 other friends whom I started a "fat bet" with. We filled in our goal in weight in 6 months. My goal in that bet is to get to 106 kg (234 lbs) (I came from 112.50 kg (248 lbs) just a week ago)

I do regular sports for 3 times a week. And I don't need to cut things off with this diet. I haven't change what I eat, BUT I changed the quantities. And that makes a big change! And I can reach my calory goal every day! Isn't that amazing?

I already tried 3 diets. With Weightwatchers I lost 20 kg (40 lbs). But alas, I had a jojo effect and now I am back to the same weight as before the Weightwatch diet. So I am afraid I will have to diet for the rest of my life. But if I can eat just what I am eating now and still get to the good weight, that's amazing. I'm never hungry or I don't miss anything, which is awesome.

And last, but not least! I do not think that fatter people are necessarily more ugly. Don't diet because of beauty, but diet because it makes you healthier, more happy and feel better :)
