hey guys!! I just created this facebook page to provide advice on eating healthy in a busy life!!! I have been following the Paleolithic diet for a month perfectly now, and I feel wonderful!!!

What is Paleo? cutting out all processed foods, grains, sugar, dairy and salt... wow impossible and bland right? WRONG. I have the most DELICIOUS recipes for paleo muffins, chicken, and crackers etc and workout help!
