The scale went up a little (3 lbs) two weeks ago and I'm still trying to lose that weight. I'm getting frustrated but I'm not giving up. I'm still up by almost a pound. I've stepped up my work outs but unfortunately when I work out more I tend to be hungrier. I dont want to eat my exercise calories but I usually consume most of them. I'm sticking to my allowed calories, I'm drinking my water, and I'm exercising. Where am I going wrong????
