Do you see other benefits from all this effort?

You may be like me where I haven't really seen any weight loss yet. Maybe that's becuase I only want to lost 12-15 lbs and currently weigh 150 so for it will come off in smaller increments. Also I've always worked out but eaten crap but for last 3 weeks been making more effort with healthy eating so hoping will see weight loss results soon. HOWEVER with all that said, I have noticed some other changes which keep me motivated:

- shrinking stomach pooch- less bloating since not eating junk and/or fast food
- lost inches - have already gone down a jean size!
- more muscle tone in legs and arms starting to show
- more regular :embarassed:
- my skin has cleared up!
- my nails are growing & strong - time for a mani/pedi!
- increased confidence in my body (too bad I have no one to share this with :ohwell: )
- more energy
- less moody

I'm also making effort to get at least 8 hours sleep each night. So if you feel a little down because maybe the number on the scale isn't going down, don't let that define you!!! There are SOOOO many other benefits from eating healthy, working out and making more effort!

    Yes all of those things! So close to my 2nd drop in jeans size and can't wait!

    since quitting fast food and watching calories I have had more energy, less stress and clothes are loose fitting now!
