MFP cardio input for 30 day shred?

Does anyone know the best way to input your cardio when you do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred workouts? I've been putting them in under Calisthetics-vigerous, put I'm not sure that's the best way...

    Track it with a HRM as will depend how hard you workout during it...I get different readings each time because sometimes I do things a little more enthusiastically.

    I put mine in under circuit training but im not sure if thats right either, it tells me I burn about 170 calories which seems high?
