40/40/20 ratio need protein suggestions

I'm trying to follow a 40/40/20 ratio diet but I always end up lacking protein, any suggestions?

    Greek yogurt, eggs, protein powder (supplements), meat (obviously), cheese, tofu, beans...

    A good protein breakfast (36g carbs, 37g protein, 329 cal):

    1/2 Cup Oat Bran Hot Cereal (make with about 1 cup hot water)
    1Tbl Peanut Butter
    1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Powder
    Sweetener (I use 1 packet truvia)

    It tastes like a no bake cookie!

    ^this and cottage cheese, quinoa, whole grains, fish, dairy...

    Tuna is a good one. A small tin will give you a good hit of protein - 130g nets me 35g of protein.
