How do I get the Weight loss Goal meter to post on my threads?

    When you are in the message boards, you will see a bold header for Message Boards >>, below that will be a line, then a menu bar with Home, Recent Posts, My Topics, Settings, and Search. Click on settings and the option to show your weight loss ticker is there.
