There are a few things on here that when I put in a certain food that I've had, I may not have had an entire "portion" How do I adjust that so it doesn't take away from my calories used? Thanks!!

I believe there is a portion option. Rather than 1.0, I may put in 0.5 or 0.75, etc. That seems to work for me.0
