Hey I'm new to this site but have been using calorie counter for about a month and a half. My Beach Body Coach told me that she uses this site so i thought i would check it out. I started my new lifestyle in mid December and in the first 3wks lost 10 lbs. So i'm super stoked about this new way of eating and fitness that I am doing. I really am not to concerned about lossing much weight but am more into losing some body fat and toning up a bit. I'm 6'2" and started at 200 I'm wanting to get to around 175ish and looking great at the beach. My wife and I are doing Turbo Jam right now and after 90 day of that I am looking to move up to P90X and then who knows from there. Please send me buddy requests and help keep me motivated.
