Unable to loose bc of meds

Does anyone feel that (Birth Control) BC holds them back from losing? It seems that now I have been on BC for about 6mos losing is harder than ever. The hormones are killing me!!
It seems to me and maybe im wrong but when I am not on BC I can lose weight better.

    No, I lost 56 pounds while on the pill just as easily as I've ever lost it.

    really.. thats great! I was losing/ maintaining ok b4 but now I continue to gain easy and lose is very hard.

    It really depends on your body type. I gained 30 lbs when on the patch without eating more or excercising less.

    GD- how many threads are there going to be like this?

    Also, birth control will not hinder weight loss. The only form of birth control PROVEN to cause weight gain is depo provera. Eat at a deficit and you will lose. No excuses.

    I personally have been on lutera for 4 years and lose weight with no problems
