GYM EVERYDAY?

Is it bad to go to the gym everyday? I usually go everyday for about an hour, sometimes 2 hours. I at least take one day off. But is it ok?

    Just alternate what you do. My wellness coach wants me doing interval training 3 times a week, strength training 3 times a week, and endurance training once a week.

    Like the PP said, just don't be doing the same thing each day. Your muscles need recovery time.
