Struggling

Hello :) I'm new to MFP and i'm having trouble getting motivated...anyone give me tips or advice? I'm tired of feeling sluggish and want to get this done, no more excuses!

    Will they allow you to use a stability ball instead of a regular chair at work? That helps the core muscles. Just a thought. :smile:

    Hi, I watched a documentary online "Fat, Sick, and nearly Dead". It sure motivated me. I went own to watch two more online. "Food Matters" and " Forks over Knives". as far as sitting at a desk all day, I seen this mini portable cycle at K-mart, you could put it under your desk and peddle away.

    Getting motivated can be tough...I think it's better to set small goals for yourself so you succeed and keep going, rather than being too ambitious, failing and losing motivation. Try to set just one (reasonable) fitness goal for yourself for the week and maybe your success at accomplishing that will motivate you to set another goal, etc...Good luck to you!
