I've been asked not to do any strenuous workouts for a few weeks as I've got a back injury. All I'll be able to do is gentle swimming and (maybe) 30 minutes of light cross trainer work alongside intense pilates to fix my back.
I'm 5"2 145 lbs, what level should I lower my calories to in order to make up for the fact the deficit created through exercise will be very small at this point?
Thanks for any suggestions
