I was wondering... I usually go over my fibre.. sometimes by like 10-15... I was wondering if anybody knew if that was bad?? I eat alot of whole wheat, whole grain and veggies and fruits with lot's of fibre... and staying within pretty much all my other limits except for sodium once in awhile... just looking for some thoughts... Thanks!!

That's great! I've been noticing the same thing, it's amazing how easy it is to reach the minimum requirements now that I'm eating better.

"Fiber is an important part of a healthy diet, and you should get a least 20 grams a day, more is better."

I reset my fiber to 25gr per day. The default is really low, in my opinion. If you are eating too much fiber you will most likely experience some unpleasant GI symptoms (bloating, gas). But if you get all of your fiber from your diet via whole grains, fruits, and veggies rather than from supplements, I doubt you will overdo it.
