Ready for the summer - Part 1 ends March 31

Anybody thinking about specific weight loss goals for the summer? If so join in! I plan to do a 2 part summer challenge with the first part ending March 31 and the second May 31.

For this challenge my goal is 15 lbs. I plan to update each week (Wednesday) and would love to see the progress others make. :bigsmile:

    Ok... Its been a week. I shall keep posting to keep myself honest. I have not lost anything but I had a pretty good week. Lots of cardio, lifting weights and eating pretty clean (minus the super bowl slice of pizza).

    Anyone want to join me? anyone? anyone? ...... Bueller? Bueller?
