    Just got back from vacation. Did some walking on vacation but
    not as much as we wanted to.:ohwell:

    Back to losing the extra vacation weight again:ohwell:

    Yesterday, Tuesday I walked 35 mins. Back at it :bigsmile:

    I did over 9,000 steps on my pedometer yesterday too but
    have not reached that 10,000 goal yet. :tongue:

    Let's keep this thread going. Walking is the best thing for you
    if you do nothing else. I know the weather is not great right now
    but maybe we can record steps if nothing else until the weather breaks.
    A pedometer is fairly cheap and you can record your steps in a day if
    nothing else.

    Yoga today 55 mins. for 178 calories.
    Getting the kinks out feels great :bigsmile:

    I'm late on finding this thread. I guess better late than never. :-) I walk every day at least 30 minutes whether it be just walking outside or to my Leslie Sansone tapes with the exception of missing one day this month. I will need to look for the March Walking Challenge!
