Is Soylent Green a good alternative to some of the soy and whey fillers used in low calorie recipes?

I believe it would depend on the source. Just as some chickens are kept in small cages, but others are considered "roam free". Another thing to consider is what they were fed. Did the "food source" eat organic foods or fast food?

I think if you are going to try out soylent green, you should consider making it yourself. That way you can be sure of what you are consuming.

Should I count any part of it as water ?
Will it interfere with an HCG diet for those on one ?

I think you need to consider it a fatty protein. Not a filler at all!
