I am really bad with grocery shopping because I never know what to cook and have a hard time coming up with things. I end up with a lot of random things I can't really put together very well (with my own limited creativity that is). I bought 'I can't believe it's not Fattening' for my mother because she needs things that are quick and easy. I need something with a bit more variety and I really don't mind the extra cooking time either. I was thinking about getting something from Hungry Girl, but I wanted to get opinions first!

It's not a book, but I suggest you look at skinnytaste.com. I haven't made a recipe from here that my whole family hasn't liked.0
