So couple weeks ago i badly hurt my foot, usually for exercise I'd run on my treadmil and thats that. But i haven't been able to do that since i hurt my foot. Whats other good exercises that doesnt require using the feet. I have been just playing boxing on Wii sports and yea thats like the boringest game in the world now.

I did pool running when I had a tibial stress fracture. Get a pool running belt and hop in the deep end. It's the same motion as running, except there is no weight on your injury. Lots of good info on it on www.runnersworld.com.0
