Hello everyone - I've decided I'm done finding excuses to lose these 25 pounds. Its been a very tough year and a half that lead to the weight gain. Life is getting back to normal finally and there is time for me to take care of myself. I have wear and tear arthritis in my feet, wrists, neck and shoulder. Working out can get painful at times but I'm tried of feeling sorry for myself! I'm working with a trainer to mix-up my workouts each day so I'm not continually pounding on one body area that is painful. I also signed up for a dirty girl mud run in August! It should be a really fun time. This gives me a "in-shape" goal. I'm also an avid slalom water skier and love anything outside in or around water.
