    Grilled Chicken Breast
Grilled Zucchini, Squash, Onion, Bell Pepper, Carrot
(Toss veggies in 1 or 2 teaspoons of olive oil, salt & pepper before grilling, most of it will drip/cook off, so only count 1/2 of it)

Raw Mushrooms, Celery, Snap Peas as an appetizer

I had half an English muffin topped with tuna, swiss cheese (any cheese works!), white truffle oil (any olive oil works haha), and a few tomato slices. Popped that in the oven for 10 minutes, made a hard-boiled egg, and a little spinach salad. For me, it worked out to 488 cals, 47g protein, and only 18g of carbs. To lower the calories, don't use an entire can of tuna like I did, and don't eat an extra slice of cheese while you're waiting for your egg to boil! Haha I like dinners that are sometime very easy to whip together with ingredients that are usually always in the kitchen.

Zucchini shredded up and heated briefly in a frying pan/microwave tastes exactly like pasta if you add sauce and some shrimp/chicken/sausage. It's incredibly filling, and one of my favorites, since I pretty much never eat pasta anymore!

Tuna or grilled chicken breast over mixed greens and tomato
