Hey guys - I am heading away for weekend which is going to cause it's own eating problems but I am stuck for idea's on what to eat on the Friday evening 'driving' time... Plan to leave home at 5ish and will get to destination about 8-8:30, I don't want to get there and be STARVING and end up blowing out my calories eating fast food, I usually eat 300-350ish cals for dinner and generally eat around 6-6:30pm (I have early lunch so am generally pretty hungry come 6pm)... Is there anything anyone can think of that I can take and eat in the car on the way up to keep my routine and not go over my cal's?
Thanks in advance,
Amber
