need help working out calories burnt from running/how far i'

Options
SO I just went for a 50 minute exercise outside- 2.5 miles in total. I walked for about 30 and jogged for about 20 of those minutes.
When logging the exercise, i'm given options like "running, 10mph (6 min mile)" - I feel like an idiot for asking, but what's the most relevant option for me to select?

I also ran up the hill (very steep), 5 mins in total.
What would I select for this?

I can't add either of these manually because I don't know how many calories I burnt.

Please help.
