Tonight was my first night working out in a gym.... After programming the equipment there and recording the readings when I was done, I burned 480 calories tonight!

I am so STOKED over the adrenalin rush.... I cant wait to go back tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Its not so much 'fun', its the adrenalin rush that pushes you...

    I found some music tracks that had the tempo I needed to maintain the speed of the treadmill. What I will do though is do some research into some software that allows me to convert my music into workout-music by amping up the tempo to 130-135 for about 4.0-4.5mph, and a series that allows 125-130mph for 3.5mph...

    Each time I amp up to 4.0-4.5mph I will be building up the endurance for getting ready to do light jogging which is about 4.5-5.0mph....

    Thankfully with my music background, this will be a BIG factor in keeping the tempo as I speed-walk...
