      Drinking water..
      Not eating constantly all day..
      Not eating because I could..

      This is a year in..
      I don't/haven't really worked out in this time either..
      Which I have now started to do..
      So hopefully this years loss is quicker then I can just focus on toning up a lil

      ALSO Joining MFP 4 Kilo's already in 10 days!

      I have some size 18's i need to sell, maybe a pair or two, that have been worn once or twice at most, if you are interested. They are american eagle. So impressed with your weight loss!

      You are amazing!!! I was at a 24/26 and then got down to a 20,and then got pregnant. LOL I can't wait to get back to my 20's and then go lower..14 is my ultimate goal.
