New to the forum

Just thought I would introduce myself. I've been using this site since July last year when I found to my horror that I had gotten up to 148.8kg.
Since then, I have been slowly decreasing my daily intake and am quite happy to let it sit at 1200 calories.

Today I had sushi for lunch. In years gone past I would have easily eaten 5 or 6 plates. Today I had one prawn and avocado roll. Very proud of myself! And not hungry either.

Really looking forward to loosing even more weight.
