Workout Plans Derailed! The Culprit? Snuggling!

Honestly, some people are just SO unsupportive.

Yesterday my morning workout plans were positively derailed by the boyfriend, who demanded snuggling time. Who wants to snuggle at 5 am when I want to hit the gym? Doesn't he know that I need to burn 660 calories a day to keep myself on track so that I can be hot and sexy so that he'll want to snuggle me... oh... wait...right.

It's funny, but it's true, even fun things like snuggling can derail your well-intended fitness plans. What about you? Anything that's is supposed to be "good" get in the way of your workout plans?

    I'm a grad student, and I need to be doing homework, but I usually want to work out instead. I wanted to work out this evening but had to finish up a paper - and now it's almost 11 p.m. and it's way too late for me to be exercising.
