I need encouragement

Okay so I have lost most of my weight, pretty much from cutting cals and working. But now I am at a smaller weight and not happy with the droopy side effects, I've just started pilates and planking 3 days ago and decided tonight that my food choices need to be wiser. I know I can do because I have seen other people turn their mush into muscle. If I stay under my cals, cut out junk food, stick to water for beverages and continue excersizing total an hour a day via pilates how long do you think it should take to see some muscle...If any of you have done it please post pix I just hate it so much and need to know Im going about this in the right way.

    Bumping for you. I know there are a lot of MFPers who have done fantastic with this. I see a lot regarding strength & resistance training for loose skin; hopefully some with helpful experience will be able to offer some suggestions. Good luck!
