Hi Everyone,

Another newbie here from Australia, new to this site but not to dieting! I recently had some health issues and after several false starts (Read: fad diets) I found this site and so far I'm loving it. As I want to start dating again after many years of being single I thought I'd better start getting real about my weight and terrible fitness level so here I am. I'm not obese but if I don't something now that's where I'm headed and I don't want to fat, single and old.

I've joined a gym and I'm raring to go!

    I'm from Australia also, good on you for wanting to take that first step and change. I so far have lost 9kilos using this site and it's truly the best thing thats happened to me. After numerous failed fad diets I wish I used this program years ago. Please feel free to add me for support.
