Hi everyone
Really loving this but scared as I am gonig out for Tapas tonight and don't have a clue what to eat. Any help woul be greatly appreciated.

If it's a special occassion have what you want within reason i'd say. Generally i'd go for tomato based sauces and have chicken and seafood. I'd like to try those meatballs too and the hams and cheese are delicious. If it's one off just enjoy your food.0

Hmmm....I'd get:
the chicken in the tomato sauce
one of the seafood things that doesn't say "fried" or "battered"
the aubergine crisps
grilled portabello mushroom
asparagus with peppers and cheese
But that's just my preference. Tapas can be relatively healthy if you stay away from fried dishes and don't overeat. I usually make sure I have more vegetarian dishes than meat dishes.0
